1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged, expired, or defective items.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Missing items from your order.
  • Note: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (e.g., fresh meat, frozen items, poultry), we do not offer refunds for change of mind or taste preferences.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the item(s)

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
  • We may also offer store credit or item replacement when applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or consumed items.
  • Items without valid reason or evidence.
  • Fresh/frozen items affected by incorrect customer information.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled unless it qualifies for a refund as per the policy above.
