We specialize in halal groceries, including fresh, frozen, and dry food items. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable replacement.
All prices are in KRW and may change due to market conditions. Orders must be fully paid before shipping. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Korean e-payment options.
Orders placed before 15:00 KST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of groceries, we only accept returns if:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Items arrive damaged or spoiled.
To request a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. See Cancellation & Returns Policy for more information.
Packaging
Perishable items are packed in insulated styrofoam boxes with ice packs to ensure freshness during transit.
Customer Responsibility
Ensure someone is available to receive the order. Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence will not be refunded.
