Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day and delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Deliveries to Jeju and other South Korean islands typically take 2–3 days.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 days regardless of location.

To ensure freshness, perishable items are securely packed in insulated styrofoam boxes with ice packs for temperature-controlled delivery.
